When a job step line starts with [command], omit this prefix and color the line blue, matching GitHub's behaviour.

I think this PR is complete and doesn't need more changes from "another topic" which isn't in this PR's scope.

Yes triangles and more is another topic, I will do a few more PR around actions soon.
